Vision Advisory is an independent advisory firm based in Luxembourg. We guide families, entrepreneurs and institutions through the decisions that shape their capital — strategy, ownership, investment and cross-border structures — with counsel that is objective, discreet and built for the long term.
Not simply what we do.
How we think.
Our perspective is our own. Your interests come first.
Every engagement follows the same considered path — from first conversation to completed execution. No templates. No noise. Just clear counsel at each step.
A considered first conversation. We listen to your objectives, circumstances and the decisions ahead — and assess where independent counsel can add clarity.
Rigorous assessment of your capital, structures and options. We examine the variables — ownership, tax, jurisdiction, timing — and define the questions that matter.
Objective recommendations grounded in conviction, not consensus. You receive clear, written guidance — with alternatives weighed and trade-offs made explicit.
We coordinate advisors, counterparties and jurisdictions to deliver. From structuring to closing, we hold the thread until the decision is complete.
Clarity at defining moments. Independent counsel on strategy, ownership and the decisions that shape what comes next.
From succession and governance to portfolio construction and the architecture of a family's capital — counsel that holds across cycles and generations.
Connecting patient capital with considered opportunities. A selective approach grounded in alignment, conviction and long-term value.
Direct and co-investment, private equity and selective illiquid strategies — sourced through relationships built over decades, not transactions.
A tangible foundation for enduring value. Thoughtful perspectives on property, infrastructure and assets with lasting relevance.
Income-producing real estate, operating infrastructure and holdings with intrinsic worth — structures designed to endure beyond market noise.
Local understanding. International perspective. Navigating the complexity of capital, partnerships and opportunities across borders.
Luxembourg structures, European regulation and transatlantic reach — coordinating counsel, tax and legal across jurisdictions as one conversation.
Sector knowledge sharpens judgement. We bring focused experience to the areas where our clients' capital and decisions concentrate.
Succession, governance and the architecture of multi-generational capital.
Ownership transitions, liquidity events and the next chapter of wealth.
Income-producing assets, development capital and structuring across jurisdictions.
Regulatory navigation, capital raising and cross-border platform strategy.
Operating assets with intrinsic worth — structured for the long term.
Private capital pathways for growth-stage businesses and their backers.
Our home. A gateway to international capital.
A tradition of stewardship. A shared long-term view.
Connected markets. Distinct local perspectives.
An outward perspective on transatlantic opportunity.
New horizons. Enduring relationships.

Opportunity is not always where the crowd is looking. We bring independent judgment, a selective mindset and a long-term perspective to private capital.
Independent counsel grounded in decades of Luxembourg banking, corporate and institutional experience.
Marcel Leyers is Chair of the Board of Directors of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), the country’s oldest private bank, a role he has held since May 2024. A Luxembourgish national, he joined BIL in 1983 and has spent more than four decades within the institution, building deep expertise across retail, corporate and institutional banking. He led the Corporate and Institutional Banking division from 2013 to 2019 before serving as Chief Executive Officer from 2019 to 2024, guiding the bank through a period of strategic renewal. After stepping down as CEO and transitioning to Chair of the Board, he established @vision to bring the perspective of a large institution to a deliberately independent practice — offering families and closely held investors the kind of considered, relationship-led counsel on capital, structure and continuity that a bank serving many stakeholders can rarely provide in full. He holds a graduate diploma in Management from the University of Luxembourg and contributes to several Luxembourg boards and foundations.
Pierre Grotz is a Luxembourg-based independent adviser with several decades of experience in international banking and private capital. His work has centred on cross-border structures and the considered stewardship of capital across jurisdictions, drawing on long-standing relationships within Luxembourg’s financial community and an international perspective on private investment. As an independent counsel, he brings a measured, relationship-led approach to the questions of ownership, structure and continuity that shape families’ and institutions’ most considered decisions.
Élise Moreau advises on strategy, private capital and cross-border structuring, with a focus on European family offices and closely held investment structures. Her work encompasses strategic planning, ownership considerations, governance frameworks and long-term capital stewardship.
Antoine Laurent focuses on financial governance, corporate structuring and legal matters relating to cross-border private capital. His role encompasses financial oversight, regulatory coordination, corporate documentation and the implementation of governance frameworks for privately held investment structures.
Occasional writing on capital, strategy and the decisions that shape what endures.
Why structure — not returns — is the defining decision for multi-generational wealth, and how independent counsel shapes it.
What the current environment means for private capital allocation, illiquids, and the discipline of selective conviction.
